Service Description

Follow along with instructor Ben Sanchez for some very gentle, soothing tai chi, qi gong, and meditation, to feel calm, comfortable and clear.

Cancelation Policy

If a client cancels with less than 24hrs notice any deposit made will be non-refundable, or they will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. If client needs to cancel for reasons related to illness or "acts of god" this can be credited toward a rescheduled appointment.
