It's that time of year...

The holidays are around the corner, and the New Year is on the horizon. We have had a couple crazy years, as have all of us. This year overall has been a great one, and we are so happy to say that we are still here and still growing. To celebrate we are sharing some recent events and upcoming news!

We just had a wonderful clinic day in Lake Arrowhead! Our good friend and incredible fellow healer, Dr. Lucas Hausler, hosts us at his Lake Arrowhead Acupuncture & Holistic Health offices. It is becoming a regular event, and the turn out keeps growing. Its a great little community, and we are always happy to see familiar faces and new faces alike and get them back out there pain free and feeling better than they have sometimes in years.

If you are still looking for gift ideas please contact us about gift certificates and giving the gift of physical freedom and structural release!

Some announcements we wanted to share with everyone: Starting this weekend, the 18th of December, we will have a two week break in our regular schedule. Chloe will be traveling to see her family for the holidays - a much overdue visit that will be rewarding indeed! Ben will be staying in the area, and can still be reached for special requested scheduling, but otherwise will be diving into his personal practice and rest to charge up for a great start to the new year.

As all of our regular clients know, we always preach the need for self maintenance, rest, good food, and practice. This is the time of year when we like to get back to the basics and reestablish our own good habits. We highly encourage you to do the same and enjoy the holiday season!

We will be starting the new year with gusto and exciting happenings on the horizon - Chloe is progressing in her training and ready to level up, we have some merch ideas brewing, and of course the podcast is still on the books! Stay tuned and we will keep you up to date.

Until then, stay mindful of your spine and the constant waterfall of gravity, take pleasure in your rest, eat well, be merry, and have a wonderful holiday season!

Best wishes for the holiday season!

Ben & Chloe
