M-Other Care: A Boutique Clinic & Spa Day for Femme-bodied & Trans Caregivers

Raising children takes an incredible toll on the body: chronic upper and lower back pain, neck, wrist and ankle pain, burn out, sleep deprivation, pinched nerves, etc.. Giving birth can shift the bones in bodies while restructuring a person’s life and focus. In collaboration with Casa de Healing, attendees will be offered a unique combination of treatments that will reset the bones, ligaments and tissue in the body, as well as movement education to improve motion, flexibility, blood flow, and posture in a state of the art spa setting. This boutique clinic is specifically designed to support femme-bodied and trans people who use their bodies and life force to raise children in our communities. At Casa de Healing, each attendee will receive a 30-minute Tai Chi Treatment, personal body alignment instruction, a 15-minute massage therapy session, and full-access to an infrared sauna, medical jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, teeter inversion table, open-air lounge, solar lounge, and tea bar.
